What is a token?
One token = one analysis. Each time you upload a document or describe equipment to match against the Bluestream concept library, one token is deducted from your balance.
What's the difference between subscriptions and token packs?
Subscriptions give you a monthly allowance at a lower per-analysis rate, with unused tokens rolling over one month. Token packs are one-time purchases that never expire — ideal if your usage is irregular or project-based.
What happens when I run out of tokens mid-analysis?
If you run out during an analysis, you'll see a prompt to either upgrade your subscription or purchase a top-up pack. The analysis is not charged until it completes successfully.
Do subscription tokens roll over?
Yes — unused tokens from your subscription roll over for one month. Any top-up tokens you purchase never expire and are used after your monthly allowance runs out.
What document formats are supported?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown. You can also skip the upload and describe the equipment in plain text — the tool will match based on your description alone.
Can I get a refund if an analysis fails?
Yes. If a technical error occurs on our end and the analysis doesn't complete, the token is automatically refunded to your account. If the analysis completes but you're unsatisfied, contact us at [email protected] and we'll review it.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets 2 free analysis tokens on signup. No credit card required. This lets you test the tool on real documents before purchasing.
