What is a token?
One token = one analysis. Each time you upload a document or describe equipment to match against the Bluestream concept library, one token is deducted from your balance.
What's free, and what's paid?
Criticality classification is free forever, with no credit card. Run unlimited classifications against NORSOK Z-008:2024 to see how the tool fits your workflow. Paid plans unlock the rest of the 5-step flow: FMECA, RCM, Concept Builder, and Work Instructions, plus the GMC Matcher shortcut.
Subscription or token pack — which should I pick?
A subscription gives you a monthly allowance at a lower per-analysis rate, with unused tokens rolling over one month. Token packs are one-time purchases that never expire — better if your usage is irregular or project-based. You can find packs under Project-based? above the FAQ.
What happens when I run out of tokens mid-analysis?
If you run out during an analysis, you'll see a prompt to either upgrade your subscription or purchase a top-up pack. The analysis is not charged until it completes successfully.
Do subscription tokens roll over?
Yes — unused tokens from your subscription roll over for one month. Any top-up tokens you purchase never expire and are used after your monthly allowance runs out.
What document formats are supported?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown. You can also skip the upload and describe the equipment in plain text — the tool will match based on your description alone.
Can I get a refund if an analysis fails?
Yes. If a technical error occurs on our end and the analysis doesn't complete, the token is automatically refunded to your account. If the analysis completes but you're unsatisfied, contact us at [email protected] and we'll review it.
Is there a free trial?
Better than a trial — Criticality is free forever, with no credit card. Sign in and run as many NORSOK Z-008:2024 classifications as you like to validate fit before paying. Paid plans add FMECA, RCM, Concept Builder, Work Instructions, and the GMC Matcher.
