Our platform

We work primarily with Ignition by Inductive Automation — a modern, web-based SCADA platform that replaces legacy per-client licensing with an unlimited-tag model and a Python-based development environment. Ignition is deployed widely in oil & gas, aquaculture, food processing, and utilities — anywhere process visibility and control is required.

We handle the full scope: from PLC I/O design and OPC-UA tag configuration through to HMI screen development, historian setup, alarming, reporting, and operator training. Deliveries are onshore and offshore.

What we deliver

SCADA System Design
Architecture design, server sizing, network topology, redundancy configuration, and cybersecurity baseline for your Ignition deployment.
PLC Integration
OPC-UA and legacy driver configuration for Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, and other PLC platforms. Tag import, scaling, and alarming.
HMI Development
Operator interface screens designed for process visibility and control. Perspective (web-based) and Vision (desktop) modules.
Historian Configuration
Tag historian setup for trend analysis, performance monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Long-term data retention and retrieval strategies.
Alarm Management
ISA-18.2 aligned alarm rationalisation, priority assignment, suppression logic, and alarm reporting for compliance and operations.
Commissioning & FAT
Factory acceptance testing, site installation support, loop checking, and operational handover training for control room staff.

Project delivery approach

Requirements & design
Process description, control philosophy, I/O list, network diagram, and HMI style guide agreed with client before any development begins.

Development & internal testing
Ignition project built, PLC connections configured, screens developed, and historian tags defined. Internal testing against the design specification.
03
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Client witness testing of all functions, alarms, historian, and reports against the agreed test protocol. Punch items captured and resolved.
04
Site installation & commissioning
Physical installation support, loop checks, live PLC connection, and system prove-out in the operating environment.
05
Handover & training
Operator training, as-built documentation, and a defined warranty support period. System Administrator training included.
